i2X is strengthening the voice of healthcare leadership in Europe’s digital health transformation through collaboration with the European Health Management Association (EHMA) and the European Association of Hospital Managers (EAHM).

In view of the successful implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF), the organisations will support together the engagement of health managers and healthcare decision-makers across Europe, through an i2X survey exploring organisational readiness, needs and expectations related to interoperability and the adoption of the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF).

By leveraging the European networks of EHMA and EAHM, i2X will gain valuable insights into the real-world challenges healthcare organisations face when translating the ambitions of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) into practice. In that way, this collaboration will help healthcare organisations adapt their strategies, processes, governance structures and ways of working.

The collaboration bridges technology, policy and healthcare management, ensuring that future approaches to EEHRxF implementation are not only technically sound, but also practical, sustainable and aligned with the realities of healthcare organisations across Europe.

Leveraging an i2X survey exploring organisational readiness, needs and expectations related to interoperability and the adoption of the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF) the organisations will support together the engagement of health managers and healthcare decision-makers across Europe.
